Joshua Walton '21
Teacher, 3rd-4th grade
My name is Joshua Walton. I'm a Sophomore at the college in Quincy House joint concentrating in Government and African American Studies. I'm from a really small rural town in Mississippi. I am the son of two teachers. My mom teaches on the Mississippi reservation, and my father just retired last year after teaching and coaching for 25+ years. I have two older sisters. The youngest of which is in medical school in Jackson, MS, and the oldest of which lives with her husband and two kids in Memphis, TN and works for her church. I am a part of Harvard College Faith and Action, the Black Men's Forum, Harvard University Marching Band, Club Flag Football, and various PBHA volunteer programs. I am an alto saxophonist and also love movies and music. I also love to play all types of pick-up sports.
